Refund & Return Policy

At Wahran Live, we are committed to providing our customers in Kuwait with a clear and fair return and refund experience.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Wahran Live online store and is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection requirements in the State of Kuwait.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the purchase invoice, subject to the conditions of this policy and applicable Kuwait consumer protection requirements.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must not have been used, damaged, altered, or improperly handled.
• The original packaging, accessories, tags, and other items supplied with the product should be included where applicable.
• Proof of purchase or the original invoice may be required.
• Products returned without meeting the applicable conditions may be subject to review before a return, exchange, or refund is approved.

3. Items Excluded From the Standard 14-Day Period

Certain products are subject to special return and exchange conditions under applicable Kuwait regulations.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has identified categories including precious goods such as jewelry and watches, evening and wedding clothing, glasses, and products that come into contact with the skin such as underwear and swimwear as being subject to a shorter period, provided the return/exchange option is established on the purchase invoice. The Ministry has also stated that perfumes are subject to this special treatment.

Where applicable, these products may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours, subject to the applicable requirements and the product being in its original condition.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• a defective product;
• a damaged product;
• an incorrect product; or
• an item that does not correspond to your order,

please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable consumer protection requirements.

5. Refunds

Once a return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method, subject to the procedures of the payment provider or financial institution.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and the customer's bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping and Return Costs

For returns requested because of a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, Wahran Live will review the case and handle the applicable return arrangements appropriately.

For other returns or exchanges, any applicable delivery or return costs will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable requirements.

7. Exchanges

Where an exchange is requested and the replacement item is available, Wahran Live may arrange an exchange subject to the applicable return conditions.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, the customer may be offered another appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

8. Promotional and Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or special offers remain subject to applicable consumer protection requirements.

Any additional promotional conditions will be clearly communicated to the customer at the time of purchase and will not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Wahran Live reserves the right to review each return, exchange, or refund request according to the circumstances of the purchase, the condition of the product, the applicable law, and this policy.
