2. Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services within the State of Kuwait.

Delivery availability may depend on the location provided by the customer during checkout.

3. Order Confirmation

Delivery time is calculated from the time the order has been successfully confirmed and is ready for fulfillment.

If we need to contact the customer to verify order details, delivery may be calculated from the time the order is successfully confirmed following verification.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

The customer may be contacted by Wahran Live or the delivery representative to coordinate delivery.

If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, this may result in a delay or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the delivery representative may contact the customer to arrange delivery.

Additional delivery arrangements may be required if the customer cannot receive the order at the agreed location.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Although we aim to deliver orders within 24 hours, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Road closures or traffic restrictions.
• Public holidays or exceptional circumstances.
• Technical problems.
• Delivery service disruptions.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Other circumstances that may reasonably affect delivery operations.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any such delay and keep the customer informed where appropriate.

7. Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed to the customer before completing the order.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the order, delivery location, promotional offers, or other conditions communicated at checkout.

8. Receiving Your Order

Customers are encouraged to check the order and the condition of the delivered products upon receipt.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not correspond to the customer's purchase, the customer should contact Wahran Live as soon as possible.

Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements in the State of Kuwait.
